Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 1wim. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms are published clearly on each promotion page. Attempting to abuse bonus offers may result in account suspension.
1wim supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. 1wim reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts where prohibited activity is detected.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by 1wim, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 1wim relating to the subject matter herein.
To register and use the 1wim Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
1wim reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 1wim may result in account suspension pending verification.
To access the full range of services on the 1wim Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 1wim. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1wim reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. 1wim will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify 1wim immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
1wim is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 1wim for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.
1wim accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 1wim does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may vary. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Transaction limits are subject to change and will be communicated on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages of the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 1wim reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the 1wim Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 1wim does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the sole responsibility of the player.
1wim offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100% while live table games may contribute a lower percentage.
1wim reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently suspended.
Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All games available on the 1wim Platform operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
1wim uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated under strict protocols by trained dealers and are subject to independent oversight.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 1wim will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded. 1wim's decision in such matters is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1wim Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the 1wim Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of 1wim or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 1wim.
Any unauthorized use of 1wim's intellectual property may result in legal action. The 1wim name, logo, and all associated marks are registered trademarks and may not be used without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1wim, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
1wim's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1wim account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1wim does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
1wim collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 1wim.club/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
1wim implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 1wim cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
1wim will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

1wim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 1wim support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
1wim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 1wim will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and 1wim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 1wim support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 1wim from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
